Quanta

Product guide

A clear route through Quanta.

Watch the walkthrough, then follow the steps for your type of account.

Recorded in the live product with fictional demo data. Captions are shown on screen; the narration voice is synthetic.

For individuals

1

Enter your details once

Your name, date of birth, contact details and household are saved at the start and added to every claim you make.

2

Keep every policy together

Store short trips and lifelong cover alike. Quanta keeps a year of due dates and reminds you before renewals and payments.

3

Start a claim from a policy

Choose the policy and its terms come with it. Add evidence, and check any AI suggestion against its source before accepting it.

4

Follow it to the end

See the calculation and its working, record the insurer’s decision and payments, and keep past claims on your dashboard.

For insurers and brokers

1

Publish your products

Define each product’s terms once and version them. A published version never changes underneath a customer.

2

Add or import customers

Paste a CSV or add people one by one, then enroll them in a product, changing only what is specific to them.

3

Watch renewals and payments

The dashboard shows overdue premiums, renewals in the next 30 to 90 days and exactly who owes what.

4

Work claims as a team

Assign claims, request information and calculate. A second person approves every calculation.

For platform administrators

1

Monitor the platform

See accounts, workspaces, claims on hold and AI-assisted claims in one place, without opening private details.

2

Investigate with a reason

Opening a workspace or claim requires a recorded reason, which is added to that workspace’s history.

3

Stop and recover AI

Pause AI everywhere or in one workspace, preview what a reading changed, and restore it while keeping later human edits.

In Japan, compulsory automobile liability (jibaiseki) injury claims are calculated with the published MLIT and FSA standard. The dedicated Japan injury workspace remains available for AI evidence reading and bilingual claim documents.

The recording includes the previous future-product preview. Licensed case comparisons and model training shown in that preview are not available in the current product.
